End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: February 24, 2025

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Fyte ("Developer") governing the use of the Twitch Extension ("Extension"). By using or accessing the Extension, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with Twitch’s Terms of Service and this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Extension.
• Use the Extension in a manner that violates Twitch’s policies, laws, or regulations.
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the Extension.

4. Ownership

The Developer retains all ownership rights to the Extension, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Extension.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Extension.

8. Changes to Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Extension after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.
